Return eligibility

No Returns or Refunds Policy. Due to the nature of our products and for quality assurance purposes, Akun does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Exceptions to the Policy

While we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at connect@akunhome.com. We will require proof of damage or defect, such as photographs, to process a replacement or provide store credit.
  • Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery at connect@akunhome.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at connect@akunhome.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
